On the other hand, Cardassians don’t thrive on a sense of individualism, free-enterprise or small government. Then again, the omnipotent police-state on Cardassia does resemble the ‘law and order’ minimal-support government some republicans favour. Still think Dukat’s more magnetic and engaging. Possible contender for 2016?
